Bill Brooks

Bill Brooks
Will D. Brooks Jr., “Bill” is a multi-generational native of Arizona. His roots run deep in the history of Chandler. In his early years, Bill participated in area farming and real estate and in 1979 he became the Branch Manager of Transnation Title Company in Chandler, a position he holds today. Bill’s passion for the City of Chandler and is illustrated by his participation in many organizations including the Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission for 10 years, Rotary Club (Past President), Chandler Compadres (life member and Past President) and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. Bill lives in Chandler with his wife Lynne and their family.


Glenna McCollum-Cloud Glenna McCollum-Cloud
Glenna McCollum-Cloud has served on the Chandler Education Foundation Board since 1993 and has served as its Executive Director since 1997. She is native to the Chandler community and is an alumnus of Chandler High School. Glenna received her Bachelors from Arizona State University, her Masters from Loma Linda University, and is a Doctoral Candidate from the University of Phoenix. She has served in various leadership capacities with the Arizona and American Dietetic Associations and has been Director of Nutrition at one of Arizona's community colleges for the past 15 years. She has taken an active leadership role in Arizona's Project CENTRL (Center for Rural Leadership), her church, and most recently facilitated the formation of the Chandler Non-profit Coalition.

Dave Shapiro is the Athletics Director for Chandler High School. He has served in this position for the last seven years, and has worked for the Chandler Unified School District since 1980. He has a BAE from Arizona State University, and a MAE from Northern Arizona. Dave has been on the Chandler Historical Society Board of Directors since 2004, and is the chairman of the Chandler Sports Hall of Fame.

Donna Wallace Donna Wallace
Donna Wallace has spent more than 30 years in Chandler dedicated to giving back to the community. Donna has served on Chandler City Council for 8 years, the Chandler Airport Commission, the Planning and Development sub-committee, the Community Services sub-committee and the Public Safety sub-committee. She is a 22 year member of the Chandler Service Club and has Chaired Meals on Wheels for the Chandler United Methodist Church for 10 years. Donna’s philosophy of giving back to the community has been recognized through her many awards and distinctions including being voted 2001 “Woman of the Community”, receiving the Chamber of Commerce’s distinguished “Chandler Cup” for significant community contributions and being named the Soroptomist’s “Woman of Achievement” for 1986. Donna has been married to Oren Wallace for 34 years and has raised two children.

Audrey Ryan

Audrey Ryan
Emeritus Director
Audrey was born, raised and educated in Chandler, completing her education as a Registered Nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson. Audrey and her late husband Robert raised their four sons here in Chandler, along with running their family business and being very active in community affairs. Ryan Elementary School and Ryan Park are both named in their honor. Audrey Ryan is a long time supporter of the Chandler Historical Society and a Past President on the Board of Directors.


Barbara Bogle

Barbara Bogle

Barbara and her late husband, Jackson, came to Chandler in 1945, after his discharge from the military to run the family business. The couple raised and educated their five children in Chandler, along with being very involved in community affairs. They have both been recognized jointly and individually for their efforts within the community. Bogle Junior High is named in their honor. Barbara is a long time supporter of the Chandler Historical Society and a Past President of the Board of Directors.
